I started North Star Design in 2000 providing creative services to businesses that didn't have access to an in-house creative staff. Since then, I have also found a niche providing supplemental creative services to meet the needs of overwhelmed art departments for larger corporations.

I specialize in partnering with marketing-related or web development firms who need ongoing creative services to complement their own services. I also enjoy working directly with small business owners who need professional talent to improve their business identity and image in the marketplace.

My background in marketing and business degree have proven to be a point of differentiation from my freelance competition. I approach every project with the goal of effective communication — not just trendy design. From over 10 years of experience serving as creative director at an ad agency to project managing corporate in-house design teams, I bring to my clients a great flexibility in design disciplines — ensuring a great match for a range of projects.
